Shipping policy

Every order will be shipped with a tracking number and our current estimate is that your order will ship within 4 to 9 business days. Made to order items will take longer accordingly. Please check the description on item page before your purchase.

All orders are sent via Canada Post with a tracking number (unless we receive special request from customer for no tracking  method). 


--Shipping fee for International order--
After we ship your order, we will send you tracking numbers. 


***If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping method (ex. express post), please send us a message and we can obtain a price quote for you from the post office. Please be aware that this will increase your shipping cost.***

If you live outside of Canada, you are responsible for any additional international custom charges. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local taxes and duties may apply and they differ from country to country. Please check with your local post office for these taxes and duties.
